This private, compact unit has everything you need for a short trip to the Zoo, Science museum, Zoo Amtheater , Remington Casino; just 4 minutes drive.
This space is nested behind a very quiet street, thoughtfully stylish designed.
There is a comfy queen size bed, a futon, 50 inches smart tv.
The unit also has a panty with everything you need to heat up your food or to prepare a quick meal.
Please note this is a town house and there are 2 units on this property. You will be on unit B.

There is 1 dedicated parking spot on the right of the driveway. The other car please park on the street.
The unit has central HVAC and the thermostat is set at 72 in the winter and 68 in the summer. It’s outside of the unit and can not be controlled. The bedroom has a space heater.
There is a backyard but you will need to access the other side of the house.
All windows have blind and curtains. We just rolled them up for the pictures.
There is the potential noise from the neighbor’s dog. They bark sometimes when we open the door. We have a device to control their parking out of the house.
Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.
Same day booking will be notified of the new check in time as it might not be ready at the time you book.
Please add your pet in the reservation if you plan to bring them.

We do PEST control monthly but it’s Oklahoma and we often get ants, insects visit the house, especially during the rain or storm. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notice during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. We follow a cleaning procedure and guideline but we could not control this issue completely. If you notice ants or some inspects, please find the spray bottle under the sink.
Weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will result in damage to the Heat & Cool unit and you will be responsible for it.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

-Please add your pet in the reservation (We just allow Dog only) if you plan to bring them. The fee is $35 per dog/per stay.
- We will give 1 set of towels per person, the 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set
- Early check in at 2pm or late check out at 1pm is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a fee of $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00am (unless late check out has been approved), you will be charged a late check out fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their wait time or reroute them.

You can have access to this space ( Unit B) with private entrance.
You will receive an access code in the check in instruction that will be a passcode for the lockbox.
You will have the access to your unit only. Please don't access to other units, storage room, basement or garage.
This cute little one bed room unit features a queen size comfy bed with a large closet room.
Living room is equipped with a sofa bed (futon), a 50 inches TV and small pantry with coffee machine, toaster oven, mini fridge and a microwave. You will also be provided with plate, cup, wine glasses and silver ware.
You will have your own bath room, your own entrance and a dedicated driveway for parking.
