We added a hot tub and propane BBQ in back yard in April 2023! Stay comfortable by booking this 1-bedroom, first-floor apartment just minutes from downtown! This newly-renovated unit is stocked to make your vacation comfy, including laundry set, office, kitchen, private bathroom & bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, dining table, coffee and tea bar, Roku TV and WiFi. Although this unit is near the busy downtown corridor, there is a small FCFS private parking lot just for guests.
The Space:
This unit is located within minutes of the interstate, airport, downtown Spokane and so much more! You'll feel right at home in this newly-renovated, modern and stylish sports-themed unit, with the convenience of modern amenities. The apartment offers a private space, all your own, in this 1st-floor historic four-plex with private primary bedroom, living room with ROKU TV, fast WiFi, kitchen with dining table for 4 and office with desk. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. As of April 2023, apartment building has installed a hot tub in the fully-fenced back yard. The hot tub and propane BBQ is shared with 3 other apartments, so please follow the rules and be mindful of other guests AND quiet hours. Pets are not allowed to be off leash anywhere outside of your apartment.
You'll enter this lovely unit through the back of the four-plex and you'll be welcomed into the kitchen, which features a dining table with seating for 4, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, toaster and small coffee bar with coffee, tea and sugar. You'll enjoy use of the stove/oven, dishes and utensils, blender, automatic coffee pot (coffee offered), stovetop tea kettle (tea offered), as well as free on-site laundry inside the apartment with laundry detergent provided.
You are welcome to cook in the apartment, which is stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware, olive oil and basic spices, blender, and toaster or choose to order from many of the local delivery options! Many downtown restaurants offer delivery, or you can take advantage of services like UberEats or DoorDash.
A short walk, drive, or Uber/Lyft will get you to local restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking trails and outdoor adventure, Spokane night life, and so much more!
The living room, just off the kitchen, is the heart of this unit and offers plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy. The primary bedroom, opposite the kitchen, has French doors with curtains for privacy. The office and laundry set are off the living room, between the kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom offers a beautiful, newer tile walk-in shower, loo and vanity with sink. We offer shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guests to use.

Life in Downtown Spokane: Unit is close to freeway and train rail and can be noisy during high traffic times. There may also be moderate foot traffic from neighbors or folks who live/work downtown.
Security cameras are located on the exterior of doors, and they face the street. We do not have cameras nor recording devices in, nor facing into, any private areas.
Pet fee is $20 per night for the first pet, and $15 per night for additional pets.
Make sure you pick up pet waste right away. The back yard, especially, is shared among guests and the spa and BBQ area must remain waste-free at all times.
