Hot tub and propane BBQ is available in back yard! Pets must be approved prior to booking. Locals must submit inquiry prior to booking. Street parking is free.

The Space:
This unit is located within minutes of the interstate, airport, downtown Spokane and so much more! You'll feel right at home in this modern and stylish Mid-Century Modern unit, with the convenience of plentiful amenities and central location. The apartment offers a private space, all your own, in this 2nd-floor historic four-plex with private primary bedroom with queen bed, fast WiFi, formal dining room with seating for 6, full kitchen with cooking utensils, pans, oils and basic spices provided. We offer automatic drip coffee pot with coffee provided. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and closing door for privacy, but the TV is in this room, so we can't call it a 'bedroom', officially. As of April 2023, apartment building has installed a hot tub in the fully-fenced back yard. The hot tub and propane BBQ is shared with 3 other apartments, so please follow the rules and be mindful of other guests AND quiet hours. Pets are not allowed to be off leash anywhere outside of your apartment.

You'll enter this unit through the front of the four-plex and be met with the common hallway where the downstairs unit and this unit share a laundry set. You'll go up one flight of stairs to the front door of the apartment where, upon entering your door code, you'll enter the apartment into the foyer. To your right, is the kitchen and dining room with plenty of cooking space and a dining table near the kitchen for enjoying the meals that you make. You'll have use of the stove/oven, dishes and utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, automatic coffee pot (coffee offered), stovetop tea kettle (tea offered), full-size refrigerator/freezer, and retro dining table with seating for 6. You are welcome to cook in this unit, which is stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware, olive oil and basic spices, blender, and toaster or choose to order from many of the local delivery options! Many downtown restaurants offer delivery, or you can take advantage of services like UberEats or DoorDash. well as free on-site laundry with detergent provided. Laundry set is in a shared hallway downstairs, outside of your apartment.

A short walk, drive, or Uber/Lyft will get you to local restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking trails and outdoor adventure, Spokane night life, and so much more!

Next, off the main foyer, is the bedroom with French doors, which close for privacy. The queen bed will be made with fresh linen prior to your arrival, and the nightstands each have a light for reading or relaxing before you sleep. There is a closet for you to hang your clothes or, just inside the closet, a small dresser for your to store your belongings.

Farther down the hallway are the bathroom and living room. The bathroom offers a beautiful, new tile walk-in shower, loo and vanity with sink. We offer shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guests to use.

The living room, at the front of the building, has a Roku TV, comfortable sofa and coffee table, and a closet with extra linens and blankets. The sofa has a pullout queen bed with extra linens provided, and the living room has a door that closes (similar to a bedroom door) for privacy.

Security cameras are located on the exterior of doors, and they face the street. We do not have cameras nor recording devices in, nor facing into, any private areas.

Pet fee is $20 per night for the first pet, and $15 per night for additional pets.
Make sure you pick up pet waste right away. The back yard, especially, is shared among guests and the spa and BBQ area must remain waste-free at all times.

Guest Access:
You'll access this unit from the front, left door of the building. You'll enter into a common hallway between the upstairs and downstairs apartment, where we have the shared laundry set. The interior door to your apartment has a smartlock, which no one will have a code to-- except you. You'll need to utilize two smart locks to access your apartment-- one on the exterior door, and one on your interior door.

Life in Downtown Spokane: Unit is close to freeway and train rail and can be noisy during high traffic times. There may also be moderate foot traffic from neighbors or folks who live/work downtown. This apartment is nestled on the lower South Hill, right in the midst of bustling city life.

This unit offers on site parking and street parking if you drive here. Also available are LimeBike, LimeScooter, Spokane public buses (by STA, Spokane Transit Authority), Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs.
