Nestled in the tranquil and sought after neighborhood of Upper Fort Myers beach, 245 Nature View offers a perfect blend of privacy, luxury, and natural beauty. This charming coastal home is designed to take full advantage of its serene surroundings, with stunning views of the small lake area and wildlife filled lush greenery directly in the back yard! Views from the living room oversized windows and doors are a true sight to behold! A short walk to the sparkling waters of the gulf and only a quick bike ride to Time Square, where charming waterfront eateries and bars are readily available!
This beach house consists of three floors!
The bottom floor consists of two bedrooms, a living area and kitchen.
Bedroom 1 on the bottom floor has a queen bed with a pull out trundle.
The second bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds. Bunkbed 1 is a twin over full and bunkbed 2 is a twin over twin. There is a pull out twin trundle bed that pulls out from the second set of bunkbeds A fold out twin bed is also stored in the bunkbed room.
The bottom floor has its own kitchen area with a full-sized refrigerator and two countertop burners. The microwave oven functions as a regular oven and also an air fryer. Kitchen on bottom floor is a fully stocked kitchen with all needed kitchenware, crockpot, large griddle, small Keurig coffee maker and toaster.
The bottom floor also has air conditioning wall units in the main living area and both bedrooms. The rest of the home has central air. Large television in the living area on the bottom floor, as well as in the queen room. The double bunk bed room has two televisions positioned above two of the four bunkbeds!

On the main (middle) floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 on the main floor has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 on the main floor has a full over full bunkbed with a trundle. Both bedrooms on the middle floor have their own balconies facing the front of the house!
The middle floor has a full kitchen, full island with seating, and a large kitchen table. This kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. There is a walk-in pantry with all necessary utensils for eating and cooking; a large and a small crockpot, a Keurig dual coffee maker, a griddle, toaster, and a blender.
Off of the middle floor livingroom is a huge deck with a grill to enjoy the serene views described above!
Heading up to the third floor is an open loft daybed area with a closet and storage space!
From the loft, you enter the king bedroom suite with two King beds, a walk-in closet, and its own private bathroom and front-facing deck.
Guest garage includes beach chairs and bikes (for use with signed waiver), a cooler, and two beach pull along carts/wagons. There are also two space heaters and two fans. Please return items to garage after each use.
Guests may access kayaks and paddleboards kept locked on fence outside (waiver must be signed). Please be sure to put them back after each use.
