Welcome to our spacious Ventnor beach house! The home features 4BRs, 2BAs, two comfy living rooms, and a dining area. The home is located on a quiet street about 3.5 blocks from the beach and has driveway parking for up to 3 cars. Relax in the big grassy front and backyards, and play some cornhole on our brand new cornhole set! Gather on the rear patio with ample seating and a BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen makes for easy meal prep. Your perfect Jersey Shore getaway awaits!
As you approach the home, you`ll come upon our extremely spacious front yard. As you enter, the first of two living rooms is on your right. The living room has a couch and several comfy loungers, and a smart TV, perfect for those lazy days. Past the first living room is the first of four bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
Walking up the split level (about 5 stairs), is the second of two living rooms perfect for evening cocktails. Just off the living room is the dining area, Enjoy leisurely breakfasts at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table for memorable family dinners. Walking up another split level (about 7 steps), are three additional bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night`s sleep after a day of seaside adventures. Two bathrooms offer cleanliness and comfort, with clean towels provided for your convenience.
Back on the main floor, step outside onto the expansive deck, where you`ll find a private oasis perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the salty breeze. Kick off your shoes and fire up the grill for a barbecue feast.
The expansive, fully fenced backyard is a highlight of this home. Little ones and furry friends will be in grassy paradise.
