You will feel the tranquility stepping into this professionally decorated 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath two story villa in the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park off of Legacy Park. The villa is located just 9 miles from Disney and a short drive from downtown Orlando and the Orlando airport. Our villa features an incredible oversized SOUTH facing pool and spa hot tub with gorgeous sunset views. An 55" tv has been added to the outdoor pool deck. Highgate Park boasts a private tennis court, playground for the kids, close shopping, restaurants, and is located ONLY MINUTES TO DISNEY!!!
This villa features three incredible master suites. There are two master queen suites situated on the main floor, one with walkout doors to the pool deck, and each with their own 4 piece bathroom, 32" flat screens T.V's with cable and new top quality mattresses. Excellent for Seniors or those who are unable to do stairs. Also plenty of room for your large party, currently sleeps 14 in beds!
The master suite situated on the second floor features a King sized bed, sitting area, 32" LED flat screen T.V with cable and an oversized 4 piece bathroom, relaxing Roman soaking tub, double vanities, large shower and walk in closet.
There are two more bedrooms on the second floor, each with a twin bed as well as a twin over double bunk beds, and a shared 4 piece bathroom. One of these rooms is Disney-themed for the kids! Finishing off the second story is a cozy sitting area with couch, TV with cable as well as a DVD player.
Back down on the main level you'll find a formal sitting room and dining room with a convenient 2 piece bathroom.
The main family room has a huge H.D flatscreen TV, cable and patio doors that give an incredible view of the oversized private pool and spa. Step out to the patio and you'll find a BBQ for your use. The lanai is equipped with an outdoor ceiling fan to help beat the heat in the all day sun while relaxing in the provided patio furniture. An outside shower is provided to rinse off before relaxing in the pool or spa.
