Located in a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac, this vacation home is a very short walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center, just 0.8 miles, 8-10 minutes walk. 1.5 Miles to Downtown Disney. 25 minutes drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. Grocery Store Food 4 Less at Katella Ave. Walmart neighbor store within 1 mile, Costco Warehouse about 4-5 miles. Location is great! UBer is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland.

Please note that City of Anaheim has very strict Noise Control Policy, so please be quiet between 10:00 PM--09:00 AM (QUIET TIME) and don't disturb neighbors during your stay. City collects Trash on Tuesday, so please move 3 trash bins outside gate at curb of street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, 3 car parking space available. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at HomeAway/VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement.
