PLEASE NOTE: This unit is conveniently located in front of American Airlines Center, so there is potential for event traffic and noise.

- Only 1 Key and Garage Gate Remote Provided. If there will be multiple people on different schedules, all needing separate keys, this is not the place for you. Please seek alternate accommodations that suit your needs.

- Being loud, pets, smoking/ vaping & having a party are strictly prohibited. The entire building complex (even outdoor areas) are completely smoke/vape free. The building management & neighbors are very strict about this. Please respect the rules. Violation of any of the house rules will result in a $500 fine & eviction.

- Early Check-In/ Late Check-Out: $40 per hour fee. Please request at least 1 day in advance so we can schedule additional cleaners to make sure it is ready in time. CANNOT accommodate same day requests.

- While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, I do provide a smart TV with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, & more! Feel free to use these services with your own login & enjoy!

- To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we've provided a small amount of cleaning products for your convenience. However, please note that for the duration of your stay, you'll be responsible for purchasing any additional cleaning products needed.
