- Pool heat is available for an additional $150/day, must be requested and paid
for 24 Hrs prior to check in. We recommend pool heat October - May. Please
note that we cannot always guarantee that the pool will be heated to desired
temp, due to unpredictable low outside temps. In such cases we're unable to
provide a refund.
- Pack and play, stroller, and high chair are on site for no extra charge.
- Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability with an extra fee
associated with.

- Property is located 3/4 of a mile down a dirt road.
- Rooftop deck is for foot traffic only, no furniture allowed up there.
- We are located in the desert, there will be wildlife around the property
(rattlesnakes, pack rats, javelina, rabbits, coyotes, just to name a few).
Keeping gates closed helps keep them out. If you see a rattlesnake, contact
me immediately, I will call someone to have it removed. Critters are attracted
to the pool, and sometimes fall in. If you see something in the pool, please
use the pool net to scoop it out.
- We love our beautiful desert plant life, but everything here is sharp, please
use caution around plants. They will pop your ball (we know from experience)
