This is a fully furnished two bedroom basement apartment only 8 miles from the KC Stadium if you are planning attending any of the World Cup games and only 6 miles from the Watch Party Zone on the lawn of the World War I Memorial. There is a tub/shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has an apartment size four burner stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and basic kitchen utensils. There is a sauna and laundry also on-site with a shared BBQ grill and outdoor firepit. The entrance is on the back side of the house located on a quiet dead end street that backs into one of the city's park that has tennis, pickleball, basketball, and baseball diamond. The second bedroom is small but also available depending on the size of your group. All of this is only 8 miles from Kansas City Stadium (where all of the World Cup matches will be played) and 6 miles from downtown and the World War I museum, where Fan Central / Watch Parties will be based. All of this only two blocks from a bus line or there is plenty of street parking in front of the house.
Please do not be alarmed that I do not have any reviews; that is because I am new to Vrbo and renting my basement apartment. You are welcome to search on other hosting sites like ABnB to read those reviews and please do not hesitate to ask me any questions as I have been hosting for several years on several different platforms. I realize Short Term Rentals (STR) are in high demand due to the World Cup so if you see a date that you are interested in, but the minimum stay will not allow you to book, please reach out.
