Howdy! My name is Rahul Iyengar and I am a local doctor and realtor/property. I work with many traveling professionals who have shared how difficult it is to secure temporary housing in a new city. I understand the importance of stress-free housing. My goal is to make this house as cozy and comfortable as possible so that you can look forward to coming home to. I lived here myself for the first month to make sure it has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
This beautiful pet-friendly 3/2.5 house was newly built in 2016 with top of the line appliances and features. It is professionally furnished with a private fenced backyard and is only a few minutes away from all the hot spots in the lively East Nashville neighborhood. Personally, I love East Nashville because of its authentic feel and more local and laid back vibe. It's a perfect setting away from all the bachelorette and tourist crowds, but still less than 10 minutes away from all the major downtown venues. All of the neighboring houses are recently finished new builds and the demographic is young working singles, couples and families. Many of the neighbors regularly go for walks and runs around the area and there are many nearby parks. I am confident that you will love the location of this house!
The entire house is finished with beautiful hardwood floors throughout and an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large eat-in island, a spacious pantry and stainless steel appliances. The living area has beautiful natural light for a serene living experience.The driveway was recently expanded to accommodate at least 4 cars. The backyard was recently renovated with a beautiful patio area complete with pergola/sunshade and fire pit - perfect for the upcoming summer months! Each of the 3 bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, comfy mattresses, and cozy decor. All utilities and WiFi are included.
