Fully equipped Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, K-cup Coffee Maker and Blender. 55" LED HD smart TV in the Living Room with streaming capabilities. All Bedrooms and Living Room are equipped with ceiling fans. Unit has Xfinity X1 Comcast service, FREE fast WiFi which is great for catching up on a little work if needed. Pull out sofa that will sleep 2 in the living room with black out shades all around to keep the early morning sun out. Just steps away from the beach with no major roads to cross. Great location close to shopping, bars, and restaurants; Crabcake Factory and Green Turtle are both within a 5 minute walking distance! Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor.
