Summary: This listing is not what is represented. I reserved and paid for this property in June of 2024 for a March of 2025 stay. Our main reasons for choosing this location were the pool, dock, hot tub, rooftop patio, and foosball table. I was concerned about the suitability of the property after the hurricane but out of respect I waited until December to call and check on the condition. I was told it was all good. Two days before we were to check in I asked if the hot tub and pool could be heated and ready to go when we arrive. My grandkids couldn’t wait to jump in the pool. At that point I was told the hot tub in the listing wasn’t there and the pool did not have a functioning heater. The nighttime temps were forecasted to be in the 60’s meaning the pool would be too cold to even use. The owner offered me a refund at that point and suggested we find a different property. That would be next to impossible with 2 days notice during spring break and while the Phillies were there for spring training. To be reasonable I said we would keep the reservation and respectfully asked if they would consider a discount given the situation. They chose not to. In addition to no hot tub and no heated pool there was no fence around the rooftop patio as pictured , the yard appearance was tacky at best, the washer and dryer were not hooked up correctly, no toaster, and the microwave didn’t work. The property Mger was the only positive part of the experience
