This home sits on a huge shaded lot with professional landscaping and large oak trees. This home also has its very own water access ramp that is perfect for launching kayaks and paddle boards. The Bal Alex public boat ramp is also about 500 feet from the property. It is great spot to launch Jet skis or shallow draft boats. Bring the fishing poles and wet a line from the newly renovated dock.
Conveniently located in the middle of Gulf Breeze, this quiet neighborhood provides a serene oasis to get away from it all. Upon entering the home you'll be blown away by the breathtaking views of the bay. This open floor plan home has views from almost every room.
