Almost Beachfront 2nd row to oceanfront with unobstructed ocean view decks. Made for relaxing, sun tanning, or spotting dolphins. See and hear waves from multiple rooms. Beach access across residential street to uncrowded beach. 4 BED/3 BATH. One KING adjustable bed, One California KING bed, One Queen bed and 4 Twin beds. Parking for up to 5 cars. Well equipped kitchen. Linens included. Non-Smokers only. Essentially a Twin Home, this space is on its own narrow lot running from Seashore Dr to Island Dr. Originally a duplex lot, it was split into two separate lots. We do not share space, entrances or utilities. No HOA. The only building walls that connect are at a rear corner. This home has its own gravel driveways (front & back), carport, fenced in backyard, outdoor shower, decks, grill and storage space.
This is a 4 BEDROOM 3 BATHROOM elevated (on stilts) home. You have private access to all 3 levels. The ground floor wet weather entrance houses beach gear. The home has outdoor and indoor staircases with handrails. We suggest 6 people, but in the summer allow booking for more small children. 8 total maximum including all children.
There are two potential primary suites if you need them for your extended family vacation. Note: 4 of the 7 beds are single size; bunk beds are for kids or teens (weight limit).
This North Topsail Beach home’s ocean view features cable railing on the oceanside decks (22 ft wide x 10 ft deep). Only a quick walk to beach access two homes over, crossing only a residential dead end street. No need to cross into other peoples yards, just straight out and to the left.
The Top floor is where you'll find the best ocean views and the KITCHEN, DINING and LIVING room with 1 California KING bedroom and 1 bathroom with tub/shower. This secondary bedroom suite does share its bathroom with the living room and has pocket doors. It has a dresser, closet, smart TV, dvd player and dvds. The Living Room includes a large sectional sofa with ottomans. The large smart TV with remote here is set up with numerous apps for you to sign in and stream your favorite channels. The well equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, blender, coffee maker, waffle maker, griddle, juicer, etc. The Dining Room area table seats up to 8. The kitchen island seats 3. Flatware and glassware for up to 8 people.
Linens included: Clean Sheets, Bath Towels, washcloths, and bath mats.
The lower level has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary KING bedroom suite on this floor has an attached bathroom with tub/shower as well as its own small private deck. Includes king adjustable mattress, smart TV and remotes, 2 large dressers and a closet. This level also has the bunk bedroom with 4 twin beds, upper bunks are only suitable for kids/teens due to weight limit. The QUEEN bedroom / Office faces the ocean and includes a secretary desk, chair and a QUEEN mattress. The hallway bathroom includes a shower.
Tamper resistant electrical outlets. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.
Ground floor is the wet weather entrance. We use it for entry, storage, tools, beach chairs, etc. You are welcome to use the toys and beach essentials that are there at your discretion.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for kids, cooking, and relaxing. This Nonsmoking lot on Topsail Island is a comfortable getaway vacation rental to relax, hear ocean waves, get some sun, and play in the sand. Great for families or friends. BACKYARD - approximately 500 square feet of lawn for games and lounging.

OUTDOOR SHOWER - (Hot & Cold Water) for rinsing sand off yourselves and pets. Don’t worry, it’s not shared with any neighbors, they have their own.
We offer a few beach essentials for your use: beach chairs, umbrella, rolling beach fishing cart, body boards, sand resistant beach blanket and sand castle bucket toys.
OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERA faces the driveways.
The patio space / carport can be used to access the door as well as to hang towels, and hang out. You will have plenty of parking space in front and back driveways. Our lot is narrow so only park to the right of our address numbers. The front gravel driveway will allow for 2 SUVS or smaller vehicles. If you have 3 or more cars please use the back gravel driveway which allows for at least 3 additional cars tandem. Please check with us prior to bringing any boats, trailers, or campers (Back Driveway is approximately 10 feet wide x 80 feet long). Town ordinances restrict the hookup of any camper, motor home, etc. to a rental property's utilities.
*A LEVEL 2 Tesla Universal EV CHARGER (240v / 48amp) is installed. Includes NACS and J1772 connectors, accommodating all major North American EVs including Tesla. CHARGING SPEED: Up to 44 miles of range per hour of charge. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be using it.
We allow animals / pets if disclosed and paid for in the booking. Our place is best for 1 medium/large dog or 2 small dogs only. Maximum animals/ pets = 2. No more than 2 animals allowed. All must be house broken, free of fleas and can handle the stairs, short nails.
Checkin window is between 3pm-9pm. Checkout by 10am.
When you make the reservation you are agreeing that you’ve read all our listing details, rules and agreement, and that your guest and pet count is accurate in the reservation, no extra visitors, and that you will make payment for any violations and/or leave.
We do not book for any more than 13 nights per vacation booking.
