Walk in through the front door to find the bright, clean and cozy living room with electric fireplace and tv, a perfect space to wind down from your day of adventures. Down the hall, take your pick of 3 bedrooms, each with comfy beds and one room with an office area. The large kitchen with cute alcove eating area is fully functional with all of the tools you need to cook a meal and feel at home. All the furnishings in the home are brand new (as of July 2020).
The clean full bath with shower/tub combination is located off of the kitchen. At the back entrance of the home, you'll find a large mudroom with a foosball table, dart board and plenty of storage. The unfinished basement of this historic home is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The large driveway is secured with a gate and has room for up to 3 vehicles. The yard wraps around the outside of the house to the front yard, all fully and securely fenced with locking gates.
