Each space has been a short term rental for over a year, just new to VRBO. I am a superhost on Airbnb with 5 star reviews, though no longer using airbnb due to severe decline in the hosting experience there.

I live on site. You won't see me much unless I am getting the mail, or working in the yard.
There is a black cat that lives onsite. He DOES NOT go in the house. He's very friendly and has been here 8 years. For my cats safety, and that of your pets, I do not allow pets of any kind, this includes service animals. There are no exceptions to my animal policy.
