When you're not out exploring the natural beauty on Lanier Islands, our newly renovated 1,200 sq. ft. lake house is the perfect place to unwind, and features:
• 1st Bedroom: 1 King size bed, flat-screen TV, deck access, en-suite bathroom
• 2nd Bedroom: 2 Double-Queen size beds, flat-screen TV, deck access, en-suite bathroom
• Living area: Pull-out Double size sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, fieldstone gas fireplace
• Kitchen: Equipped with a roll-under kitchen sink, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a full-size fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. Enjoy meals at the dining table!
• Private deck with ramp: Sit out on your private furnished deck to relax and enjoy the fresh air and lovely view - You can find a ramp that extends from our ADA parking spots in front of the Lake House and leads to the deck! The gas grill here is perfect for all your grilling needs!
• 2 Bathrooms: Only the en-suite bathroom located in the King bedroom is ADA-accessible and features a roll-in shower with handrails and toilet assist bars. A hair dryer, towels and toiletries provided!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• A light cleaning service is provided daily!
• If you're traveling by car, outdoor parking is available for 2 vehicles only. Additional parking is available adjacent to the Summer House / Venetian Pier. Please do not park additional cars on the road that services the LakeHouses. Violators will be towed at their own expense
• Please note this is a non-smoking property. If you choose to smoke on your patio/deck, you are liable to the $200 smoking fee if the odor travels inside the house causing the house to require a deep cleaning
• Please DO NOT use charcoal in the gas grill. If so, a fee of $200 will be charged to the guest’s credit card for special cleaning of the grill
• No noise or parties are permitted after 10 PM
• Pool towels are provided for pool use only at the Legacy Lodge, and must be returned before leaving the pool area. Towels are not provided for use at the beach or water park - Please bring your personal towels for use!
• Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet, and we will try to accommodate them for $100/pet/stay (2 pets max). Please note that all well-trained breeds under 75 lbs are welcome. Registered guide dogs or other service animals are not subject to the pet fee
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a pre-authorization of your entire stay plus $50.00 per day which will be processed on your credit card
• A $5.00/night State Hotel-Motel Fee along with a $37.45/night resort fee will also be collected on-site. The resort fee covers access to the fitness center, heated saltwater lounging pool, parking, shuttle service (when available), LandShark beach access, complimentary bottled water, Wi-Fi, and access to miles of paved and unpaved walking/biking trails
