This lovely cottage is tucked away yet only minutes from the boat ramp at Holmes Creek, a short drive from downtown Smithville, close to restaurants.
The cottage itself has a very comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom, another bedroom with twin bunk beds for the kids, and a bonus loft with a super comfortable queen mattress and a smart television. The kitchen is all new with everything you need even for a holiday meal. The cozy living room has a 50" smart television. The screened in porch has a 50" smart television as well. Outside we have a fire pit, perfect for winding down after a day at the lake.
We also have a lighted covered carport big enough for a couple of cars or a boat trailer.
