Our cabin is offered to those who truly want to get away from it all. Cell service at the cabin is very limited and there is no internet. The cabin does offer peace, solitude and an escape from everyday life. The cabin is located 1000 feet off the road, there is 120 volt electric supplied by solar so the cabin is completely off grid. Water is potable. The stove is propane and the kitchen has a refrigerator. Located on 250+ acres, the property boarders on 2 sides 6000 acres of NYS forest land. The property is a managed tree farm. Also, there are 2 beaver ponds, one being just over 1 acre the other 3 acres, the cabin overlooks a 1 acre pond. There are large mouth bass, perch, black crappie and sunfish in the various ponds. We practice catch and release to maintain the populations of fish. The property also offers several miles of trails that are maintained.
