This pristine rustic 2/2 1100 SF Cottage B is located 2 blocks off of South Congress 65 feet behind Cottage A. It is completely renovated and is in excellent condition and top notch interior and exterior decor, appliances, finishes, bathing and showering experience, linens, towels, and on and on and on. Amenities include an open farm house kitchen off the living room, high ceilings, a screened in porch off the primary bed room and a covered patio with a grill overlooking a magical garden with a solid stone laughing Buddha and lotus fountain. The yard is fully fenced in and gated with one off street parking space inside a gated driveway. We go over and beyond hospitality standards and have received rave reviews from Guests for both cottages. We are glad to answer any questions. We promise, you will not be disappointed if you choose this property. Please be prepared to let us know something about yourself and why you are traveling to Austin. We feel that part of our success is making sure we are a good fit for each other.
These properties are excellent for longer term stay with an additional benefit of a 30% discount for monthly rentals. An additional agreement that is particular to each property is part of the rental arrangement.
We are pet friendly on a case by case basis with an additional non refundable pet fee. There will be certain screening questions regarding your pet so please let us know up front if you plan on bringing one.
