Summary: Carpet had food crumbs and raisins on it. No tissues in room. No breakfast at time said to open (other than bananas and packaged pastry. Broken shower knob. Old, run down elements including rough metal exposed on a stair railing end cap...just waiting to slice open someone's hand. Much greater attention needed.
