Our truly unique all metal home sits on an acre. It provides two comfortable bedrooms with new king mattress in primary bedroom and queen mattress in second bedroom. Huge kitchen/living room to prepare meals and hang out, tall ceilings and concrete floor make this a relaxing getaway. . Located in Kingsland TX; away from the hustle and bustle but close to so much!
Washer and dryer located off kitchen behind our main door (side door). Two sofas and a chair are located in the living room with 55" tv, soft wool rug and fun artwork. Four person table with custom made bar with four additional stools. Generous bathroom with vanity and tub shower combo. Outdoor patio with space to relax on loveseat or rockers.
Kingsland is a hidden gem, located less than hour to the Austin area. Beautiful hills, lakes and scenery as you drive to the area. If you are from the city- this is rural; meaning you may hear a dog or the occasional rooster and you definitely won’t feel like your in the city. We are unincorporated and so our block (I say that loosely- its more like a 10 acre block) is mixed with houses, trailers and rv’s. We have an HEB, couple of gas stations, several restaurants, boat rentals, banks and churches. We have fast WiFi at the house, allowing you to be connected with the outside world if you so desire. We recommend that you visit the local restaurants, the slab, log country cove and wineries. We are absolutely blessed to be able to own our own piece of Kingsland.
