This updated unit features new tile floors, living room furniture, bedroom sets, and three TVs. The condo can comfortably sleep six guests with a King in the primary room, a guest bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The minute you step into the condo, the spectacular views will leave you breathless.
Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, and an umbrella are provided for guests to use during their stay, making for the perfect beach vacation!

Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
