The third bedroom is also on this floor, which contains a full-size bed, twin trundle bed, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is off the hallway between these bedrooms.
On the top floor you'll find the fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked and features modern finishes, with seating at the island for 4. The dining table seats an additional 6. The spacious living room features a large sectional sofa, 70" smart TV, books, and board games.
