Summary: This hotel does not have a hot tub, but advertises one. Also, there was a love bug infestation in my room. And the hotel is understaffed, causing you to have to do everything for yourself. Need additional toilet paper? Come down to the front desk and get it. They can’t bring it to you. They are working alone. Need additional towels and wash cloths? May as well bring your own. Had to move rooms twice because of dilapidated bathtubs. This hotel is not at all how it was advertised.
