Off of the main living room is a cozy den with a sleeper sofa and sliding doors for privacy. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, quartz counters and a custom breakfast bar.
This great property offers a covered patio with comfortable furnishings and a gas grill (propane is a guest expense). 2nd bathroom (originally the home's "beach bath") is located off the patio. This full bathroom offers a step-in shower and is easily accessed from the second bedroom.
