The kitchen has what you need to prepare your meals during your stay including cookware, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, and Traditional coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with a table that seats 6 plus 5 barstools at the kitchen counter. The living room is just off the kitchen/dining area where you can relax and unwind on the sectional sofa and two chairs and catch up on your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV with Fubo TV.
The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a King size bed, 50” Smart TV with Fubo TV, desk and chair, plus a private master bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower.
The guest bedroom #1 features a Queen size bed and guest bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. There is a full guest bathroom located upstairs near the two guest bedrooms for your convenience with a single sink and shower/tub combo.
For those nights you want to grill and just stay in head out to the private back patio through the french doors and enjoy the outdoor dining and fire up the gas BBQ grill. Enjoy the complex that offers a community pool (not heated), small park and a basketball court.
The half bathroom is located downstairs just off the living room near the front door entrance. There is a full size washer and dryer located downstairs for your convenience.
It’s the perfect location. The Phoenix Open is in February and there are several other local events such as Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, The Fiesta Bowl, Arizona Diamondback, Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Coyotes and Phoenix Suns and Arabian Horse Shows.
