This can serve nicely as a bedroom with a queen sleep sofa, TV, closet, and a door to close off for privacy. There are two other bedrooms on this floor that share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and Bedroom #2 has pyramid bunk beds with an additional single trundle bed. The living area is on the second floor. The living room leads to a second deck where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets after a day of fun at the beach or pool. A roomy dining room is connected to the modern kitchen. The 2nd floor has a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and utility sink. A half bath is also included for convenience. Bedroom #3, with a queen size bed and its own bathroom with a shower, is on the third floor. The Master Suite, Bedroom #4, has a king size bed and bathroom with a double sink and shower.
