Living here means plenty of distance between neighbors and the streets are quiet. It almost feels like we're living in the country but we're still within the Clarkdale/Cottonwood city limits. The yard is spacious and serene with plenty of birds perching in the trees or flying by. We have fun stuff too, like ping pong & corn hole, & both wood & propane fire pits & party lights.
