Welcome to our newly renovated lakefront cottage on Lake Goodwin! This open-concept 1950s home boasts expansive lakefront views decorated with exquisite design and detail. Step outside the cozy cottage and you will be greeted by a large patio, private beach and dock.
The cottage is about 45 minutes north of downtown Seattle and a quick drive up to Vancouver Canada.
Due to the direct access to the water, the cottage is not suitable for young children.

As you enter the front door you will have a clear view straight to the water. As you walk in there will be bedrooms on both sides. Continue down the hallway and you will be welcomed by a large cozy living room, dining area and kitchen. At first pass, you might not notice the barn door in the hallway which opens up to a spiral staircase which will take you down to the game room, or as we like to call it, the "Speakeasy". In the game room you will find boardgames, puzzles, a TV and a couch with a pull out queen mattress. You will also find a large sliding glass door with views of the lake which opens up to the lake.
As you enter the yard, you will see a large patio with chairs gathered around a propane fire pit. The large grass yard in front of the patio can be used for laying out on sunny days or playing yard games like corn hole. The shallow sand beach and private dock are perfect for going swimming or taking out the provided paddle boards or kayaks. Bring your fishing pole and enjoy catching large bass right off the end of the dock.

Primary Bedroom - Queen Bedroom with large closet, nightstands and dresser. The attached ensuite boasts heated tile floors, a shower, dual vanities for a couple and a stacked washer and dryer.
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom with large closet and nightstands. The second full bathroom is located just across the hall and has a shower bathtub combo.
Game Room - The couch has a pull-out queen mattress.
*All beds have comfortable new mattresses and luxurious 100% cotton sheets

Unfortunately, we do not allow children under the age of 12 mainly for safety concerns due to the direct proximity to the lake.
