The house has been updated from a family dwelling and reimagined as your home-away-from-home. Enjoy my 4br 2ba home just a block away from the walking trails of Green Lake!

Whether you need a place to enjoy for a few days or are looking for a longer-term stay, we are just a few blocks to the direct bus line into downtown. We are 2.5 miles from the University of Washington and the UW Medical center. Seattle Center is 12 minutes away; Pike Place Market is 15 minutes away. The Seattle Zoo is minutes away, and the Ballard or Freemont nightlife is a short Uber drive away.

A grocery store that can furnish all your needs is within walking distance. If you plan to eat out, the Greenwood Avenue area, a few blocks away, has offerings from Thai to Greek food—also a great burger or pizza is available!

You will feel perfectly at home in this cozy and inviting home which has room for everyone. There is plenty of room for groups of travelers, friends and/or family to stretch out and enjoy this home base to explore the city. Two bedrooms and a shared bath are on the main floor with the same on the second floor.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests!

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and provide the perfect place to prepare a meal, eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. The family room in the basement is where you can stretch out in the evening and watch television. There is also a dedicated working space to set up your computer.

Sets of linens and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone are provided. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer for your use. Other amenities include high-speed WiFi and a Smart TV. Private parking for one car is available behind the house. Street parking can always be found in front of the house or within a block away.

The yard is fenced both front and back, including a secure dog kennel and houses. On Seattle’s sunny days, there is a private deck and patio where you can eat, relax, read a book or just enjoy being outside.
