This clean and organized, newly redecorated from top to bottom, freshly painted condominium has 20 foot ceilings and a private upstairs primary suite with a brand new California King bed and ensuite bathroom. The main floor bedroom has a new King sized bed. New ceiling fans in all main rooms with AC in the bedrooms only. The main room has a new sleeper sofa and chair, and a new dining table and chairs. There is new vinyl flooring throughout and new carpet on the lanai with a table and chairs. Large smart TVs in each bedroom and in the main room. Complimentary high speed WiFi internet, cable and in unit laundry. In the lanai closet you will find an assortment of items to use for the beach, Beach Chairs, Beach wagon, Cooler Etc.
All new stainless steel kitchen appliances and new washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen with new flatware, settings and cookware.
