Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or colleagues, our home offers ample space & amenities to accommodate everyone in your group. Our 38-year-old home is nestled in a safe & established community, 3 miles to SeaWorld, 15 miles to Six Flags, 6 miles to 1604, 3 miles to TX 151 access Rd, 7 miles to LAFB, 15 miles to Downtown, & 17 miles to the SAT Airport. Property Description: Welcome to our one-story home, perfect for families, friends, or business travelers needing a spacious and comfortable place to stay. Ideal for all festivities, vacations, holidays, and gatherings, our home features a generous layout and multiple amenities designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. (See photos for more information.) Stocked Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and stocked with cooking essentials to cater to your group during your stay. Enjoy Keurig coffee on the house. (See pictures for more information.) Living Room: The living room features a 65-inch smart TV with Disney Plus, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount, Apple Tv, Prime TV, Spectrum Cable and a comfortable sofa that seats 4-5 adults. The plush recliner is super comfy and flexible. (See photos for more information.) Dining Room: The dining room table seats 8 comfortably. This spacious area is perfect for meals, games, conversations, and all family or group gatherings. (See photos for more information.) Laundry Room: The fully stocked laundry room includes laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, and bleach for your convenience. (See photos for more information.) Master Bedroom with En-Suite Bathroom: The master bedroom provides a nice retreat with a king-size electric bed with remote, a ceiling fan, office desk, clothes iron, ironing board, and clothing hangers. The en-suite bathroom features a bidet and is stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. (See pictures for more information.) Bedroom #2: This bedroom features a queen bed on an electric platform with a remote to ensure a peaceful night's rest. (See pictures for more information.) Bedroom #3: This bedroom features bunk beds: the top bunk has a twin-size mattress, and the bottom bunk has a full-size mattress. (See pictures for more information.) Guest Bathroom: The fully stocked guest bathroom is equipped with a bidet, bath towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. (See pictures for more information.) Private Backyard: Our private and fenced backyard includes 2 outdoor rocking chairs in an enclosed screened porch. There is plenty of outdoor space for relaxation, BBQ, and recreation outside the screened porch. (See pictures for more information.) Parking: The extended driveway offers ample parking for two handicap vehicles with enough space in between each other. There is also additional parking available curbside. For peace of mind, our personal belongings are not kept in the house. During your stay you will have access to everything in the whole house and back yard. We do not dispose of unopened foods, perishables, etc that are left behind, as we pay it forward. Enjoy. We love our home, and we wholeheartedly offer it as an act of hospitality, aiming to share our blessings with your loved ones. Our maintenance and cleaning crew are thorough and will go above and beyond to address any issues or repairs that may arise during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, we simply ask that you inform us immediately. Please note that we get our home professionally treated for critters, insects, etc you might occasionally see some activity due to natures unpredictable course. These pests will die upon crossing our barriers, and we will gladly send maintenance to assist if needed. If it is Wednesday, the lawn will be mowed between 8AM and 5PM during your stay. Rest assured, the lawn crew will not be bothersome to you or your guests. A Charcoal BBQ pit is graciously supplied, we kindly ask that it is not used in the screened porch as it is a fire risk. Please leave it clean for the next family. Lady Anneta graciously co-hosts this home for her parents, who are both Air Force veterans of 20 years of service. This 38-year-old heirloom is where they built a life filled with love and memories for decades, becoming the heart of their holiday gatherings, traditions, and cherished moments shared with their 4 children, 13 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
