Above a barre studio (sometimes early morning classes ) and across the street from Brady's Bar (famous for their spicy chicken wings and classic bar food). On-site parking lot. Numerous other bars, restaurants, beaches, and the famous State & Bijou theaters are only a short walk away.

This 1,100 square foot unit has access through both the front door on Union Street and the rear entrance by the on-site parking.
