Summary: Overall good experience. The room was comfortable and clean, although there were q tips in the trashcan when i first arrived to room. This room was located on the 3rd floor with window on side of building so the highway noise was considerably less than my previous stay when my room was on the 4th floor facing the highway. The clerks were different than the one the last time i stayed there. Checkin clerk was friendly but did not offer water or give info on wifi login, just did the basics while the first time i stayed there the check in and check out clerk was the same and she was wonderful. Very helpful, gave information without having to be asked. Also when i checked out this time the clerk told me that she could not print reciept for my stay since i booked on Expedia and paid through the website. I booked on Hotels.com ran by Expedia and i did not pay online, i paid at checkin, but she still told me she could not give me a receipt and that i had to get one from Expedia. I explained that the last time i stayed i had booked through the same web site and paid on arrival to hotel and was given a reciept when I checked out. Questioned why i could not get one now and was told that the last checkin person was not supposed to give it to me. This tells me they can, but wont. Hotels.com site stated that since I paid on arrival to hotel that the hotel would have to give me a reciept. This was very frustrating as i never got a true paid receipt, only an initial booking confirmation.

Summary: Great experience. Very clean rooms and super clean hotel in general. Comfy beds, plenty of towels given to us. Staff member, Candy was helpful! Also Kelli was excellent. The breakfast was so good! Love a place that doesn't just serve muffins and cereal but hot, fresh breakfast items. The coffee was delicious! Really enjoyed these machines that grind and then brew.

Summary: Ran out of cinnamon rolls an hour before breakfast ended and only 1 hot chocolate packet. Shower bath wash and shampoo dispenser broken in bath. Pretty clean overall and bed was comfortable but not outstanding.

Summary: Hotels.com said the bathroom was a tub/ shower combo in our king suite, however the only rooms that had those are double queens, every other room option is shower only. Had I knew this I would have booked somewhere else…. So I had to forgo my relaxing bath after a busy holiday week while being sick to have the comfort of a king size bed with my husband.

Summary: Desk clerk was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only negative was the highway noise, was difficult to fall asleep. Otherwise it was a very positive experience.

Summary: My room was clean and in good repair. Candy at the front desk was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure my extra night was handles correctly. The location of the property was convenient for my trip.

Summary: This was just a quick overnight for a roadtrip. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. This was one of the comfiest beds I've slept in! Clean, convenient, and the staff we encountered were very pleasant.
