Well Equipped Home. Spend the day on the water then come home relax and play some games, soak in the hot tub, have family night in the game room and family room before retiring to the Master suite with the private bathroom and King size bed. The house has been separated into two completely different units with a locked door between them (bottom of the inside stairs) that is locked from both sides (upstairs and lower) so neither guest can enter the other unit. This listing is for the entire house and you will have the option to leave this door locked or unlock it depending on your preference.
Each bed room in the house as well as the Family Room, Game Room, and Kitchen areas are all controlled by individual air conditioners so you will have complete control over temperature of each room.

● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● No smoking inside; you may use the area on the south side of the house far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
