Summary: There was no heating system in the room in November and it was cold at nights in the room. There was no kettle in the room to prepare coffee or tea. There was no safe box and iron. There's a common iron room in the same floor. Food options were very limited and included meat in the eggs, which is not convenient for vegetarians. Breakfast must be improved for people from Europe, Asia, and US.
