Fabulous 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with 2 balconies with Ocean Views.
The fully renovated well equipped kitchen with sparkling quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances along with the main living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. A wall of windows overlook the spacious covered deck which has plenty of relaxing seating. The 3rd floor bedroom has a private balcony to enjoy the great ocean views.
The ground level has a large driveway with plenty of room for cars and your boat. There is a charcoal grill, chairs and a picnic table for your outdoor cooking enjoyment. Two outdoor showers are provided for your convenience. This house and neighborhood is very private but considered in town so golf carts are allowed and it is close to all the restaurants, shops and bars. The pedestrian boardwalk to the beach from the subdivision is only feet away and has a large sitting and viewing area at top of the dunes. Beautiful sunrise pictures await! Summary: This was a great house for a large family to stay at, but I would not qualify it as having easy beach access. The boardwalk to get to the beach has an insane amount of stairs (the picture I added is only the back half of the boardwalk). You’re exhausted by the time you finally get to the beach (especially if you have small children), and there’s no way you could bring all the beach gear needed for kids. Also, the house is hardly equipped for anything. There were a tiny bottle of dish soap and two dishwasher pods, two small trash bags (not enough provided for expecting your guests to take out the trash and start the dishwasher), and no spices or oil for cooking. It’s a nice house and a comfy stay, but either be prepared for spending a parking pass for the beach or staying home, and doing extensive grocery shopping or eating out every meal.
