A white picket fence, cozy front porch, and palm trees greet you upon arrival. Step through the doors, where you will find the main living, kitchen, and dining areas on the first floor. In the living room, an extra-long blue sofa and two overstuffed armchairs surround a woven rug and wood-topped drink table. The setup faces a wall-mounted TV over a rustic blue credenza. A dining table with bench and chair seating creates a laidback dinner setting. The open floorplan flows seamlessly into the kitchen, featuring white cabinetry, sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with four chairs.
Ascend the stairs to the second level, where you will find the home’s three well-appointed bedrooms. One of these is the charming primary suite, which includes a king-size bed and cottage-style furnishings. The room also has its own little seating area with a sandy-colored loveseat, matching armchair, plush rug, and wall-mounted TV. A private ensuite bath includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. Additionally, the primary suite has access to a furnished balcony with picturesque views of the Gulf. Of the two guest bedrooms on this level, one features a queen-size bed, a reading chair, and balcony access. The other guest bedroom has two twin beds, colorful wall art, and access to the balcony. Both guest bedrooms share access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.
A bonus loft is located on the third floor. It boasts a wraparound couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa.
