The property is a 3/2 home with a full dining room, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a master suite. It is very spacious and will sleep 8 comfortably (including couches). Master bed is a memory foam king, second room has a firmer pillow top queen, third room has 2 twin memory foam mattresses. The decor is light, clean with touches of rustic, nautical and succulents. The home is lake front, and exterior will be updated soon with rock in place of underpinning and log siding. We also plan on building a 2 stall boat dock in the next year (slip will be included with rental upon completion). It is a family friendly home, and is baby-proofed. You are welcome to fish from our boardwalk; our cove is a fish habitat. It is a peaceful cove that is great for swimming, or kayaking. The home is about 7 miles from Oaklawn and Garvan Woodland Gardens. I have a very nice pack-n-play with a changing table and baby monitor if needed. The house has plenty of dishes, silverware, towels, wash clothes and linens. There is a microwave, coffee pot, creamer, sugar and sweeteners on site.
