Centrally located less than a mile from the French Quarter and St Charles Ave you will feel right at home! The lofty ceilings in this home make the already oversized rooms feel even more spacious and hug you in their expansiveness. The living space is comfortable for your whole group with an open kitchen concept design with all stainless steel appliances. If you are coming fashion-loaded, the walk-in closet is fantastic; & make sure to enjoy the spacious standing shower in the private bathroom.
The Space:
You will enter into a large but cozy open concept living/kitchen area touting all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Appliances include electric stove/range combo, dishwasher, large fridge, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic utensils and cooking gear you'll need to make a simple meal.
Rest well in two large minimalist rooms with luxury bedding. Bedroom 1 features two queen beds, closet and dedicated workspace. Bedroom 2 showcases a comfortable king bed, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. There is a common bathroom in the hallway and an en suite primary bathroom featuring double vanities and a spacious standing shower.
Exit the back door to relax in the well-manicured backyard area.
The Neighborhood:
The home is centrally located making it easy to get to nearly any part of New Orleans. Four blocks away from S Claiborne Ave which connects the west and east parts of New Orleans and less than a mile to both the French Quarter and St Charles Ave both famous for their alluring restaurants and venues.
Getting Around:
There is ample street parking in front of the house and the streetcar picks up about a mile away from the home on the iconic St Charles Ave with its wide avenues, beautiful oak trees and palatial homes (you can find more exhaustive information about Nola public transit on its RTA website). Otherwise, we suggest Uber/Lyft.
