Enjoy frequent visitors: a family of 13 Geese, a lovely duck couple, a turtle and a heron.
1. TV: All TVs are connect with ROKU. Netflix and Hulu is provided on all 3 TVs. The remote to the TVs will be on night-stand table.
2. Washer and Dryer is next to the bathroom on the first floor. Detergent is on the top of water heater next to washer-dryer.
3. Swimming Vests and board games: Next to washer and dryer are swimming vests, 2 adults and 2 kids. There is a cardboard box next to the washer-dryer with some games such as TEXAS HOLDEM, UNO, SCABBLE, CHARADES, etc. There is a dart game that you could hang on the patio pole by kitchen wall on the deck. Corn hole set is also provided. Please put it back in its place during check out. Do not leave out in the rain, thank you.
4. Towels: There is 1 towel provided for each reserved guest. Please do not take the towels with you or stain them.
5. Beds come with nice new linens.
6. Additional linens are in the bedroom closet with bunk beds.
7. Cleaning chemicals are also provided on the top most shelf, hard to reach from kids. Please keep cleaning chemicals away from kids.
8. Garage is not accessible to the guests.
9. Dishwasher is currently not in service. Please do not use until further notice.
10. BBQ grill uses charcoal. It is a portable grill, easy to carry. Please do not grill inside the house, on the deck or close to the deck. Ideal spot is in the backyard away from everything. Safety first.
11. Fire extinguisher is in the cabinet under kitchen sink.
12. For infant items, please wipe them well before and after use.
