The large living area is spacious and cheery with tall cathedral ceilings. The kitchen is perfect for the group to gather for impromptu celebrations and planning for all the great adventures for the day. The master bedroom on the living area floor has an en-suite bath. Along with a 2nd bedroom and full bath. 3rd bedroom/ living area downstairs has Refrigerator & Coffeemaker, microwave, & Full Bath. The large rear deck overlooks the pool and crystal clear canal. The canal is wide and deep. Had no problems with boat even at low tide. Short ride to open water with no bridges as advertised. (5 mins to channel). The neighborhood is extremely safe. Neighbors and walkers were all friendly."
