Positive: Very close to metro line. Had a short walk to grocery store and a great group of restaurants next door.

Negative: Poor communication with property owner/manager. Property was almost out of paper towels in kitchen when we arrived, had a load of laundry left in dryer that we folded and put away, we ran out of TP and contacted property owner but didn’t hear back so went and bought TP and paper towels. Oddly no trash cans in the bathrooms so went used our grocery bags. No extra pillows or blankets for pullout couch. We found some sheets in the storage compartment of the pullout that were rolled up into a ball and looked used so we put them into the wash. There was a duvet cover, but no actual duvet insert so it was just like a sheet and no extra pillows. No spices of any kind in kitchen, not even salt a pepper. Usually properties that we’ve rented with kitchens in the past at least have salt and pepper. The dryer stopped working on our first load. We could not figure out why. Contacted property owner. By the time they responded (several hours) we had looked up machine type on internet and figured out the problem. There was a full water tank that had to be emptied. No instructions about this anywhere. Not sure if this machine type is common on East coast, but never seen this before in my life on west coast. Beds were comfortable and aside from dirty bedding for pullout the place was clean.
