This magnificent Community is located at the intersection of Old Lake Wilson Rd. and Sinclair Road, just in front of I-4.

Guests are cozily welcomed by this luxury villa from the moment that they open the entrance door. Surrounded by the good taste in decor, the main floor features a spacious and luminous living-dining area and a modern kitchen with isle. A breathtaking view to the private courtyard with spa/pool invites guests to immerse themselves under the Florida sun or night sky.

Guests will find comfortable sleep accommodations throughout its suites and bedrooms that perfectly fit up to 10 guests.

The first bedroom with KingSize bed is located in the main floor and has a street view, it shares a full bathroom with glass enclosure shower box.

Upstairs there is great, themed loft with an arcade games area and TV/PlayStation.

The first suite features a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second suite has a QueenSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sink and bathtub. This full bathroom is also shared by the fifth bedroom that features a kid-theme decor with two TwinSize beds. A spacious master suite has a double window view to the open patio with pool below. It is tastefully furnished with a KingSize bed and has a great en-suite bathroom with double sink and glass enclosure shower box.

These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

✦ Age requirement:
You must be at least 21 years old to book with us.
