Located in upscale Smoky Mountain Country Club, this beautiful, luxury 3-bedroom, 2 bath single-level home, with 2,000 square feet of gracious living, showcases tremendous long-range top-of-the-world mountain views of the Great Smokies through high walls of glass reaching all the way to vaulted ceilings and an inviting outdoor view deck. This house provides a boundless vacation accommodation perfect for groups of all sizes.
House Features:
This House has 10’- 20’ ceilings in all rooms, creating an open flow from room to room.
Set up for larger groups, the master bedroom has both a king bed & twin bed. Bedroom #2 has both a queen bed & twin bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. The master bath contains double sinks along with a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub and large walk-in closet. The second bathroom is right off the dining and kitchen area, between the Bedrooms 2 & 3, for convenient access.
The gourmet kitchen features a combination gas range and double oven, 25 cu ft. stainless refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to prepare. A large island delineates the kitchen from the living room, in this open floorplan. The home has both a formal dining room and separate breakfast nook. The laundry room contains a stacked washer/dryer and a laundry sink.
The living room, dining room, kitchen and all bedrooms have beautiful hardwood floors, accented by beautiful area rugs, providing a warm ambiance. The bathrooms and laundry room have ceramic tile floors.
The great room is accented by a wall of stone rising from the gas fireplace to the ceiling.
High definition televisions are in the great room and all 3 bedrooms. The house is equipped with WIFI and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment.
The outside deck is partially covered and has a dining table with seating for 6. A grill is provided on the deck for outdoor enjoyment.
No smoking or pets are allowed in this house.

Guests have full access to the community’s private recreational facilities, which include a swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool spa (both open seasonally, from approx. mid-April thru mid-October), two lighted newly resurfaced pickleball/tennis courts, newly remodeled men’s and women’s locker rooms with brand new dry saunas, and a newly remodeled fitness room! There is a fee to play the on-site 18-hole Smoky Mountain Country Club golf course (pro shop: 828-497-7622).
