Should we find that this policy has been violated, the reservation will be canceled immediately, a deep cleaning fee of $100 will be charged and there will be no refund for the remaining days of the stay.
Guests are strictly prohibited from throwing any items off the balcony at any time during their stay. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the unit and a fine of $250. We kindly ask that all guests respect the rules and regulations of the BayView HOA to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
