This luxury studio vacation rental is a historic and architecturally significant property in downtown Eureka Springs. This property has been remodeled to preserve important architectural details which include exposed beams and lathe-clad walls. When you step inside, you will be impressed by each relaxing space's modern, clean lines and functional flow. This unique historic building was constructed using hand tools in the late 1800s and has an impressive Eureka Springs pedigree. It began as a luxury residential building and has been fully remodeled to exceed the lodging expectations of seasoned travelers.
Each studio features a beautifully outfitted bedroom area, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living area with a sofa and TV, and a full bathroom. The suites have access to two firepits and two hot tubs with LED lighting and additional water features that are sure to delight and provide hours of relaxation and entertainment. There is also a common laundry area for guests to use.
