The community is gated and there are 2 covered assigned parking spaces and elevator or stair access to the unit. It is southern facing and enjoys sunrise and sunset views. It is in a mature community, very quiet, with the exception of cars on NASA parkway. It has recent paint and updated kitchen appliances and has coastal decor. The building was built in 1978 and it can be humid and hot in the summer and the air conditioning struggles to go below 70 degrees.
